Answer: Please note that with rare exception, we do not respond to basic questions sent via email if the answer can be found here in the FAQ section. If you have a question that needs immediate assistance and/or it’s a weekend or holiday, head over to the message board, where many experienced community members are willing and able to answer any questions you may have.
