FAQ Question: How do I get tickets that I purchased through the Fan Club?
Answer: Tickets purchased through the Fan Club Presale and VIP sale can be picked up at the box office the night of the show with a valid photo ID. Tickets can only be claimed by the individual who originally purchased the tickets. This process helps to preserve the benefits that we are able to offer to fan club members by discouraging ticket scalping.
