Attention: All Josh Gracin Fans and Friends, 
After a week of voting at JoshGracin.com, the charity that was chosen to donate to in Josh's honor for Thanksgiving is...... Country Cares for St. Jude's Kids !!!
For any one unfamiliar with St. Jude's, I encourage you to check out their web site at http://www.stjude.org/ . I think you will find this is a wonderful and worthy cause. Josh is even doing a benefit concert himself for St. Jude's on October 19th in Providence, RI.
Here is what we are asking of you: We are a group of 800 members and growing. If each member would make just a $2 donation we are looking at a fan base donation of $1600. Can you give a different amount? OF COURSE!! Any amount would be great. And spread the word to your close family and friends, with it being such a great charity maybe they also might contribute.
Now on top of helping a great charity Josh will not only get a great certificate from us that will include a list of all the fans that have donated but St. Jude's will present Josh with a special certificate given on behalf of their fans, as well as recognition during the Country Music Association Music Festival. What a great honor this will be for Josh. Many other artists' fan clubs have also did this at one time too and you can get all the details at http://www.countrycares.org/content/fan_club_challengefull.cfm .
Please make your donations between Wednesday, October 20th and Wednesday, November 24th. I have already emailed St. Jude's to add Josh Gracin to list of artists who's fans will be donating. Here is the link to make your contribution: http://www.countrycares.org/content/fan_club_challengefull.cfm
Click on "Make fan club donation today" then find Josh's name and click. Fill out the form that appears and submit. Its that simple. Please after making a donation drop me an email telling me your name, location, and amount donated for a few reasons. We want to have everyone's name and location for the list of donors as well as making sure that your gift is included in the final total. Josh and Gene are aware of what we are doing and we are going to keep them informed of how the donations are going. Come on all.. we want to make Josh proud!!! I'm so glad this project is now up and running! When I though of the idea I never though so many people would be intersteaded in it!

Well it's now in full swing, and we are working to make sure everyone finds out about it!! Josh's name should be added by Wed at the latest (we are hoping by Wed) so everyone go donate!!! Every little bit will help.

Great Ralph, we hope everyone will donate a little!! Give it till about Wednesday though to get Josh's name added--make sure you do it under his name!! We want him to get the credit!!!

Just an update: Just got off the phone with St. Jude's. They said please give them today to get Josh's name on the board and then you guys can start placing your donations. I also ordered a banner for all of us to use also and will be posting the banner as soon as I receive it.
They said they were thrilled to hear we had choosen them as the charity and was very pleased we were doing this in Josh's honor.

Great Robin!!! I posted it on cmt forum also but couldn't put the 'links' so maybe we will get emails from there asking for the links. (I also did alot of PMing yesterday and mailed this info to all my family and friends too!!!) Let's raise some money here!!!  AND don't forget to email one of us after you donate to let us know too so we can keep track also!
P.S. Don't forget about the Christmas project too--we want to get ornaments to Josh by the begining of Dec!

I don't see a mailing address for donations on the site, only credit card donations under donate now & I tried clicking on Josh's name and it didn't do anything but take me back to the homepage!! HELP !!

Okay, I clicked on his name and it took me to the donation page and it is for credit cards only for that page it looks. I'm unsure if you can pay through mail or not---will do some research, or maybe Robin already knows. If you can't do it by mail (which I couldn't see why not); but if you can't then we will work it out to where you can mail something to someone!! (maybe to me--then I'll use my card to donate the amount sent to me) This way everyone can donate cause I know not everyone has a credit card!!
