How about 'Joshheads"? The nick name for Marines is Jarheads. I don't know, could work.

Ever since the first time I saw Josh perform I was hooked. He has the voice and ability to become the next Garth Brooks, and that is saying a lot. I know it sounds sexist, but you could go either way with this.
How about the Gracingals and Gracinguys?
Just a thought.....
