Josh,
I live in Amarillo TX, and I want to make an apology to you on behalf of my co-worker. You came to my place of business after your concert at the Tri-state-fair, and in the Electronics department the man who was working there was very rude to you. I was not working that night, but I heard about it later. I am very sorry about that incident, and I would like you to know that it has been addressed and properly taken care of. Anytime you would like to come back...I'll be more than happy to wait on you with a smile. Please don't judge us all by one rude, nasty, ugly individual with an extremely bad attitude.
