Okay, call me a DA, refer me to the rest of the site for the answer, but to shorten the agony...
Would someone tell me if the woman is Josh's recent video - Stay With Me (Brass Bed)" - is Anne Marie?
Just hoping two of the nicest folks in country can express it as we see it in the video...

Hey there, Welcome to the forums!! 
As Melinda said, that is not his wife Ann Marie in the video for "Stay With Me"( however that is her at the end of the video for "Nothin To Lose" ) and as for who the other woman is I'm not quite sure but I 've heard the name Nancy (?) thrown around over on Josh's CMT message board (but as always it's not a definite just speculation!!!)

In an interview for the release of the video, Josh told Lance on CMT that the girl was a married actress that the director cast for the part. He said it was easier to do the scenes with another married person. And as you can tell, they never really kiss! He said Ann Marie was on the set thru most of the shooting, but had to leave during scenes towards the end!!
If you Google / Images / Ann Marie Gracin you'll see pictures of the family (before Landon).
