I (along with my boyfriend) called my local radio station request Josh's (Christmas) Song and the first night (Mon) he said that he would see what he could do; (because they played it like 2 hours before and can't play it in a 2 hour span so they played one of his other songs) well nothing. Then I called back on Tue and told him that he didn't play my song. He then asked what that might be and I told him. Then he asked if I would wine if he didn't play it and I said YES. He didn't play it, (but again played one of his other songs). Then he had to fill in for someone yesterday so someone else was on when he was supposed to. So I called in again and asked the other guy. He said that he has never heard of it then I was telling me about it and he said that he didn't see it in his playlist but he would see what he could do. But again I was denied for the 3rd time.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has been having this much trouble.
Can anyone tell me what else I can say. I've said the name of the song and everything. I even told them it's the song that he sings with one of the SheDaisy sisters (well that got the attention of both of the guys but that's about it).

you could tell them that they are songs that can be downloaded off walmart.com and itune.com if that helps any.

That sucks, I've been having trouble too but I did get O' Holy Night played a few times!

They don't play many Christmas songs on our radio stations yet. Maybe because we are sweating putting up our Christmas decorations.  I will ask for the songs though!

kath, that is too bad you don't hear Josh. I hear Nothin' To Lose a lot here.
Sorry, Michelle and Becky, I won't mention our weather here again. I would really rather see snow for Christmas, but that will never happen here!

That "I'll see what I can do" thing is what the guys at the radio station were saying to me.
But I finally got them to play it after a week of calling them. When I went to the station today I asked the girl at the front desk (they all know me already) said that she remembered seeing a Christmas song by Josh because she played it on Sunday. So I kept calling in the station (noone was answering the line; they were busy). And I finally got though. She said because they had a request for a Christmas song before so she said that she would play my request in the next hour. So I had 30 minutes left of the hour and I finally heard it. It is such a beautiful song. I can't believe they don't want to play it more.

i get that ( ill see what i can do for ya ) thing alot its annoying altough they usually play it for me but most of the time it takes a while
