Hey guys! I was just wondering if ya'll would do me a favor and keep my brother in your prayers. You see, I was at a friends house last night and I got a call from my dad and he told me that my little brother who is 2 years old, broke his arm. First, they went to the emergency room and told them it was broken and right away they sent him to a better hospital (Children's Hospital in Columbus) There they told them than he had broken two different bones all the way through. It was two bones between his wrist and elbow. As of now, he has a cast that goes clear from the top of his arm to his fingers. We aren't exactly sure what he did, but we know it had something to do with his car seat. We had the car seat sitting in the living room and we know he was climbing on it and he jumped off of it, but we aren't sure if his foot got caught. All we know is that the impact of the fall is what broke his arm. I thought maybe some of you would keep him in your prayers. His name is Joshua and he will be turning 3 August 30. He always was a dare devil and loves to run around, and being only 2 and having to understand you have to be careful and can't do certain things any more, will be hard for him. He will be in and out of the Dr. office for about 6-8 weeks and that will also be rough for him with all the going back and forth and all the medication and treatments. It will all be hard 4 him. his bones will heal quickly... he's little give him hugs from me 
I broke my arm when I was 4... fell off a pool table... not fun... and dad still owes me ice cream for it too (then again he said if I was good I could get some... and I don't think running away and then fighting off a nurse is considered being good!  )

| Having broken my arm more than once as a tomboy, and now working in healthcare, your little brother is VERY lucky that all he needs is a cast for a few weeks. He'll be in my thoughts & prayers! |

lol yes, his bones will heal quicker than if he was, say, a teenager, or something. and, no, i don't think that counts as good. lol the only thing i have ever broken was 2 of my toes when i was 9. my friend was chasing me, and so i dove behind the couch. well, I dove, my TOES didnt.  whacked them pretty hard on the edge of the couch. i cried. you have to understand, i NEVER cry when I get hurt! lol ANYWHOO, yea, i will pray for your brother
