OMG!!! Now, ya'll may think I'm totally nuts/weird, but guess what! I'm @ work with my dad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now before you go "huh, she's nuts" let me explain. My dad is the Court Administrater for my county. That means he is right under the Judge! Today, they are doing a trial and he let me come to work with him so I could sit and listen to the trial. For those of you who don't know, my dream is to become a prosecuting attorney. This is why he let me come in to watch the trial. This is the first time ver seeing a real trial that wasn't on tv. I have definitley desided I want to become a prosecuting attorney. As of now, the Jury is making the descion to weather he is guilty or not. He was charged with Felonious Assualt and Vehicular Assult. (Don't worry, this is all aloud t be said. It's not confindentail. You can tell anyone you want to on your own free will) What happened is he ran over a man with a 2 ton trailer. The Defense Attorney is trying to prove if he didn't. By the evidence given, if you ask me, he is guilty as charged in both cases. The Defense Attorney, is a liar!!! He, on two different accounts, added evidence that wasn't even evidence, that the prosecuting attorney objected to both times, and the Judge sastained it (aggreed with the prosecuting attorney)...I'm so excited to find out what the jury has decided! I'll post back and let you know when they decide! I already know what my heart is in to!
Oh BTW, Guess what! In September, The Supreme Court of Ohio is coming to hear 4 cases in my town! Dad is gonna let me skip school to come anmd see them! I can't wait!!!

P.S.-He was also charged with Neglegent Assalt. The jury found him guily with the Vechicluar Assalt and the Neglegent Assalt. They found him not guily with the Felonious Assalt. That means the prosecuter won the case! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he's not goin 2 jail and I didn't say it was good for him to be run over...its just cool to see a trial

Hey Caitlin ~ Thats really cool you got to go experience what you want to do in life. I never got to do something like that at 12 years of age. Congratulations!
