This is to get your attention about the Birthday project we are doing for Josh. A lot of you already know about it, but the letters are getting close to being due. I want to get as many letters as possible for this book---We want to let Josh know that he has a ton of fans out there.
ALSO, the cover contest is taking place now. Deadline is Sept 18th....I will allow a couple of extra days if asked, but I do need time to laminate and bind and get it shipped so anything after a certain time will not get to be laminated and will not get to be included in the book. For those of you who do not know about the project
Here is all the information that you will need to know for Josh's birthday fan book:
Pages will be limited to no bigger than the size of 8 1/2 x11 (computer paper size), if they are smaller they will be pasted to an 8 1/2 x 11 when received. (PLEASE No Regular Birthday Cards....unless you don't mind the front being covered.) These pages can be as creative as you want, the page can be of artwork dedicated to Josh, or a poem to Josh, or a photo with a letter to Josh, or just a birthday wish, whatever you wish to send. Be as fancy as you want and as creative as you want...they will be shipped as is, so it'll end up being a personal touch in the book that way just from you. Limit one page (one side) per person. A donation to help this project be completed will be appreciated Deadline will be Sept 18, 2004. Anything received that is inappropriate will not be published (cursing, inappropriate pictures, etc.) All pages will be submitted by mail and will not be returned, they will be laminated as is and put in the final project to ship off. Please EMAIL Becky at [email protected] to find out the address of where to ship it.
Please include at least your name and city and state on the project--this way Josh can see he has fans from all over ~~ any other personal info you want to put on the pages are up to you.

If you send via email I won't be able to print any thing colorful cause I only have black ink--plus my printer goes nutty sometimes....so sending it regular mail would be best but if you can't do it then I guess email will be fine as long as you don't mind black and white.

Thanks Melinda...this is excatly what I want to get across to the fans---we want it to be really nice for Josh and filled with a bunch of letters. Your letter was the 1st one I recieved!!

That's fine, more than one person in the household can do it...it just can't be the same person since it's limit to one page per person.

Your welcome!!!. Yah mine was the 1st lol. Anyway come on guys like Becky has been saying for a while now, you are running out of time. Sep 10th will be here before you know it and so will Josh's Birthday ( and mine oct 16). I think I read she only has four letters mine and three others?. I hope people send in more. Do it for Joshua

You Go Melinda!!! You are right though, Sept 10th is going to be here very soon and I have only recieved 3 other letters other than yours! I really need to start recieving more letters or else this birthday book won't be much of a book!!
I'm hoping Cindy from the street team will have the cover contest soon, I've been waiting on that for awhile now and I know she said she has all the info I'm just waiting to be emailed all of it so I can get it out to all of you.
Anyway, Thanks Melinda for helping to motivate the others, lol. Let's get the project going so it will be a great one!! Do it for Josh!!!!!

See guys she only has four letters and I know Josh has more then four fans out there! Come on.... What kind of Happy Birthday gift is this going to be. Its gonna look like he only has four fans that care about him. And we all know all of his fans care about him . I guess she still will mail it out but you guys understand what we mean.
